2024 iPad Pros (M4)
- Owned the design and execution of new magnet array architecture.
- Conducted testing to quantify user impact and inform design decisions.
- Collaborated cross-functionally to resolve production-blocking issues.
2022 Mac Studio
- Owned the design and development of the front indicator light and power button from prototyping to mass production.
- Designed parts manufactured via sheet metal, CNC, injection molding, and compression molding.
Soft Robotics Gripper
- Created custom silicon linkages with torque reduction mechanisms for bio-inspired finger movement.
- Selected electric components and created a robot operating system (ROS) node for interfacing with the soft robotic manipulator.
Medical Balloon Inflator
- Created a novel endoscopic balloon inflation mechanism designed for balloon sinuplasty surgery.
- Developed a closed-loop reservoir system to allow for reuse of balloon inflation device.
- Created proof of concept prototypes achieving 12 atmospheres of pressure in an endoscopic balloon.
Custom 3D LIDAR Unit
- Designed and manufactured a rotary mount to enable 3D space mapping using a 2D lidar sensor.
- Developed a robot operating system (ROS) node to convert measured data into 3D point clouds .
EV Aircraft Test Bed
- Developed and deployed software program to read serial data from flight recorders in real-time, visualizing critical data
- Designed a modular test bed to enable sub-scale validation of future electric aircraft design.
